A sustainability initiative that rewards local authorities for buying Taylor’s sustainably produced, UK made bins.
Egbert Taylor has introduced Green Rewards - a sustainability initiative that rewards local authorities for buying Taylor's sustainably produced, UK made bins.
If you're responsible for procuring bins and reducing your local authority's carbon footprint, you can now receive funds to support local sustainability, waste and recycling projects.
Once you’ve signed up with Green Rewards, each purchase of an eligible product will award points to your green fund.
Driving CO2 out
of the supply chain
Taylor is continually investing in new ways to reduce its carbon footprint and to promote the use of metal containers to improve the environment.
Removing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from manufacturing
Taylor products are VOC-friendly, and as we source the materials used to produce them locally, we keep our carbon footprint to a minimum.
Rewarding sustainable procurement
Egbert Taylor produces fully recyclable products in an environmentally friendly supply chain.
Supporting local enviromental initiatives
Participating local authorities will receive rewards for every bin purchased, which can be converted into money and used to fund environmental initiatives such as school recycling campaigns, interactive waste workshops or even tree planting.
Promoting ‘Made in Britain’ quality
Egbert Taylor is the only manufacturer of metal waste containers in the UK. We’re also ‘Made in Britain’ members as a result of our commitment to source materials, weld and manufacture all of our products in the UK using British-formed steel.
